It’s Time for New Flavours at Kolm Sibulat – Our Updated Menu is Here!
Our menu has been refreshed and is ready to be discovered – full of exciting new flavour experiences for every palate.
Among the new dishes, you’ll find something for everyone. Try, for example:
– King prawn ceviche with mango, lime, sweet chili-ginger sauce, and crispy rice cracker – a zesty and refreshing combination.
– Chilled beef carpaccio with truffle aioli, balsamico, pomegranate, and Parmigiano – a classic dish with a modern twist.
– Crispy carp fish with tamarind glaze, green peas, and spring cabbage – a unique choice for those looking for something new and bold.
– Beef sirloin steak with green pepper sauce, fried kimchi cabbage, and polenta fritter – full of rich textures and bold flavours.
For those with a sweet tooth, we now offer a strawberry and vanilla curd cream – the perfect way to round off your meal. Of course, guest favourites are still on the menu – the much-loved Dubai pistachio tiramisu and caramelised Basque cheesecake, both of which have received plenty of praise.
And let’s not forget our signature handmade ramen, which brings together Japanese craft, freshly milled local organic grains, and an innovative preparation process – resulting in rich and surprising flavour profiles.
