About us

The opening of the restaurant Kolm Sibulat on Telliskivi Street started 3 years after the opening of our first restaurant - Moon. The idea to establish a second restaurant came from our two head chefs Roman and Igor, who are true artists at their heart.

Menu

Our menu blends both fast and slow cooking – combinig the best qualities of them both. You can find ramen-inspired noodle dishes, Middle Eastern pearl coucous, Mediterranean hummus, Thai inspired red lentil soup and spicy Korean kimchi cabbage. Chef Sergei Golovko, who has been with us since Moon, takes care of the kitchen.

Drinks

The selection of our drinks is taken care of by the manager-sommelier Siim Tootsi, who has also been with us since the beginning of Moon. The guests favorite in the drink menu is the selection of our local craft beers and also a good selection of wines and variations of fresh juices as well.
