We are delighted to announce that Kolm Sibulat’s à la carte menu has been refreshed!

What’s new on the menu?

Savory:

  • Cauliflower tempura complemented by roasted carrot dip and plum-tomato confit
  • Ceps risotto arancini with Parmesan curd and black pepper
  • Roasted aubergine with feta cheese, coriander cream sauce, and pomegranate – ask for a vegan option!
  • Caramelized bone marrow with ponzu, pickled chanterelles, yellow daikon, and brioche
  • Crispy carp fish with cauliflower potato fritter, tartar sauce, and plum-tomato confit
  • Crispy pork belly tortilla with BBQ glaze, kimchi, red cabbage, and chipotle mayo

For those with a sweet tooth:

  • Caramelized Basque cheesecake with creme anglaise and salted caramel
  • Dubai pistachio tiramisu

In addition to the new flavors, the menu still features old favorites and, of course, our signature hit – ramen dishes!
